In the beginning
Property Health Associates (Pha) was born in the year 2009 when its founder noticed that humans and animals had doctors to save them form potentially destructive conditions or situations but your houses and properties had only repair men who went to the site to 'fix' the problem - often by just getting rid of or covering up the symptom.
Pha's founder noticed that there was really no one who passionately took care of your house or property and even tried to remedy bad practices that were affecting the health of your house or property.
Property 'ailments' come in many different forms, from ailments due to age, ill use or poor maintenance to ailments from poor installation(bad from the start).
The people atPha easily take offense when they come across a neglected property. This getting offended is a good thing because it causes the Pha team to strongly desire to nurse your property back to health and to shower it with TLC until it is back to where it should be - to being a healthy, happy property.
